Production

Many of our products are gifts, and many of our customers have made late decisions. You too?

Of course, gifts have to be chosen carefully. That's why we specialise in processing your order quickly and fast shipping as soon as possible.

Although every product that leaves our shop is a personalised one-off, we can dispatch almost any order that arrives and is paid for by 11am on the same working day. Our graphic designers get up early and our production runs on several machines in parallel to make this possible.

Additional services such as 3D preparation for photos (max. +24 hours) or a preview request (delay depending on how quickly we can get approval from you) create slightly longer production times. But even here we try to be very fast, because we know how urgent many orders are and that no occasion should be missed.

Social Responsibility and Climate Protect (Link https://gls-group.eu/AT/en/about-us/our-responsibility)

The parcel delivery service is a cornerstone of every online shop. There are over 100 providers across Europe and each has its advantages and disadvantages. It doesn't matter whether it's Post, DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS or any of the others, in the end it's important to us and you that your parcel finds its way as quickly as possible and at a fair price.

We currently rely on GLS as our logistics partner!

We regularly compare prices, service, delivery times and additional services with our competitors to guarantee you the best possible delivery.

GLS is a European company and therefore hardly relies on partner companies in any other country. Nationally in the respective country there may be parcel services that do their job even better, but as soon as the parcel is handed over to a partner at a border, it becomes complicated and problems arise. This is where GLS plays its trump card and each parcel always remains in one hand.

Optimally coordinated routes enable very fast delivery even over long distances and across several national borders. In most countries, delivery is possible within 2 working days, and the standard delivery times are also adhered to 99.99% of the time.

Transparency is a top priority here, no parcel goes out without a tracking number, every parcel can be constantly tracked so that you are always informed about the status of your parcel. The tracking information is stored in your customer account as soon as your parcel has been sent, you also receive emails from the delivery company with the parcel information and, in many countries, the option to make corrections yourself (address correction, delivery to neighbours or pick-up shops).

All providers also have the option of a drop-off permit, which means that the parcel will be left on your doorstep when you are not at home. But beware, this means that the parcel is no longer covered by insurance. We therefore strongly advise against this option! It is better to specify a desired neighbour or a collection in a shop near you, so that every parcel is and remains insured until you hold it in your hands.

We would like to ship our products all over the world, but we only want to offer countries where shipping is really possible at reasonable prices and where your package will really arrive quickly. We therefore offer shipping to 18 EU countries and hope to expand this in the coming years.

However, if there are unexpected problems with your package, we will be happy to help you. You can find our contact details and options under Contact (Link zu 011_Kontakt). Just write us your order number or parcel number, and we will do our best to solve the problem quickly.

Prices and delivery times can be found in the table above (Ankerlink zum Seitenanfang/Tabelle). You will find detailed information on the special features for certain countries here.

Detailed information by country

Austria

We produce and engrave in Austria, so you have the advantage of national shipping, which in most cases will be with you on the next working day, which is record time.

We deliver with GLS, which goes smoothly in most cases. As with every delivery service, there are unfortunately some local delivery staff who don't take their work seriously, which is of course a no-go. Our experience shows that GLS is unfortunately no exception, but the competition has to deal with the same problems. However, GLS reacts very quickly to such problems and is therefore the best choice for us.

We recommend that you do not give the delivery person permission to drop off the parcel, as this will invalidate the insurance of the parcel. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, it is best to give a preferred neighbour or a work address where someone can be found during the day.

You can always track your parcel with the parcel number, you can find the link on the GLS homepage (Link https://gls-group.eu/AT/de/pakete-empfangen/paket-verfolgen). In Austria, the delivery is so fast that the first delivery attempt is usually made shortly after the Infomail. Depending on the distance to the next parcel shop, the parcel will be deposited there if no one can be found.

Germany

GLS also does a very good job in Germany, a dense network of parcel shops with long opening hours offers you the possibility to pick up your parcel if you can't be there. If there are any unexpected problems, you are of course welcome to contact us (link to 011_Contact), we will of course be happy to help.

You will find the direct link (Link https://www.gls-pakete.de/sendungsverfolgung)  to your parcel tracking on the GLS homepage (Link https://www.gls-pakete.de/sendungsverfolgung), you will receive your parcel number directly by e-mail, it will also be stored in your customer account.

Belgium / Netherlands / Luxembourg

In the BeNeLux states, GLS is strongly established as a shipping partner, there are virtually no problems and the delivery times are very fast and are also adhered to.

You will find the direct link (Link https://gls-group.eu/NL/nl/home) to your parcel tracking on the GLS homepage  (Link https://gls-group.eu/NL/nl/home), you will receive your parcel number directly by e-mail, it will also be stored in your customer account.

The provision of a mobile phone number in case of unexpected transport difficulties is recommended

Hungary

The mail order business in Hungary has been growing strongly in recent years and with it the tasks of the shipping service providers. GLS offers a strong service that scores with good prices and fast deliveries.

Even in Hungary, ongoing parcel tracking is no problem, you can find the link on the GLS homepage (Link https://gls-group.eu/HU/hu/home), you will receive your parcel number by e-mail, and it will also be stored in your customer account.

It is recommended that you provide a mobile phone number in case of transport difficulties.

Slovakia

Parcels in Slovakia are also delivered directly by GLS, and a growing network of depots and pick-up shops ensures reliable and fast delivery.

It is recommended to provide a mobile phone number in case of transport difficulties.

Parcel tracking usually works without any problems and shows you where your parcel is at the moment. You can find the link on the GLS homepage (link https://gls-group.eu/SK/sk/home).

France

France is one of the largest EU countries and should therefore be viewed in a differentiated way. In the cities, delivery works very well and without problems. In more rural areas, the delivery time is usually a little longer than in the city, but it often works well too. In areas where there are no clear street names, for example, it is often difficult for the deliverers. Keep a close eye on your parcel tracking so that we can react quickly and provide support in case of problems. Providing a mobile phone number in case of transport difficulties is strongly recommended.

Italy

Italy also has special requirements due to its special shape and geography. Here, too, delivery in cities is usually not a problem, with Rome being an exception. In Rome, very long streets and complicated house numbers are often a reason for delays. Please make sure that the address is complete and unambiguous to avoid problems.

In countryside areas, especially in the far south and on the islands, somewhat longer delivery times are to be expected. But even here, the standard delivery times are usually adhered to. If there are no house numbers in your area, keep an eye on your parcel status (link https://gls-group.eu/IT/it/servizi-online/ricerca-spedizioni.html?match=&type=NAT),we will be happy to support you if there are any problems with the shipment. Here you can find our customer service contact (link 011_Kontakt).

Italy uses two different tracking systems, so make sure you select the international parcel number ("Rif. Internazionale") in the tracking.

Denmark

Our experience shows that there are no problems with shipping in Denmark. Due to the size, the rates for shipping from other EU countries are unfortunately not as good as in other countries, but GLS is an established logistics partner that can offer reasonable shipping rates.

Poland

Poland has experienced extreme growth in online shopping in recent years. This and the size of the country pose great challenges for the deliverers, but GLS masters them without any problems. Problems with the delivery are hardly to be expected. It is recommended that you provide a mobile phone number in case of transport difficulties. You can keep an eye on your parcel status on the GLS homepage.

Romania

In Romania, too, the number of online orders is increasing rapidly and we are happy to be able to offer our products here as well. The current shipping rates are still quite high compared to other countries, but we hope this will change soon due to the rapid growth. Problems with shipping are rare, but we recommend that you provide a mobile phone number in case of unexpected complications.

Croatia

Due to the Schengen accession and the final fall of the borders, the delivery speed to Croatia could be increased considerably. We hope that the shipping costs will soon be adjusted to other countries in the Euro area and that we will be able to offer favourable shipping prices.

Bulgaria

Due to its south-eastern location, Bulgaria is a special case and one of the few countries where a logistics partner supports GLS with deliveries. Interlogistica BG (link https://gls-group.com/GROUP/en/gls-partners?partner=bulgaria) ensures a smooth process on site. Here, too, we expect a strong growth in parcel volumes from Central Europe in the coming years and thus more favourable shipping conditions for our customers. However, shipping is already no problem and we are therefore happy to offer good delivery times.

Parcel tracking works seamlessly via the GLS System BG (link https://gls-group.com/GROUP/en/gls-partners?partner=bulgaria)

Sweden

Sweden is the second country in which GLS relies on the support of a logistics partner. DB Schenker (LINK https://gls-group.com/GROUP/en/gls-partners?partner=sweden) has years of experience with deliveries in Sweden and can therefore ensure a smooth implementation.

Due to the geographical location, the shipping rates to the north are unfortunately significantly higher than we or the delivery companies in Central Europe can offer. However, shipping is possible without any problems and with reasonable transit times.

The provision of a mobile phone number in case of transport difficulties is recommended.

Finland

Finland is handled directly by GLS and therefore has the advantage of not having a logistics partner. Here, too, we hope that delivery prices will fall in the next few years due to increasing parcel volumes from Central Europe to the North.

However, delivery is usually problem-free and with reasonable delivery times.

It is recommended that you provide a mobile phone number in case of transport difficulties.
