We have chosen GLS as our shipping partner because they provide direct cross-border delivery throughout Europe without handing parcels over to third-party carriers. The fastest deliveries are naturally within Austria, but other European countries can also be reached very quickly—often within just 1 to 2 business days. You can find the standard delivery times for your country in our Shipping section. Delivery times may also vary depending on your exact location. Urban areas are generally served slightly faster than rural regions, but in most cases your parcel should still arrive very quickly.

Our products are personalized using laser engraving and diamond engraving. Therefore, there is no fixed character limit. However, please keep in mind that the more text you want engraved, the smaller the lettering will need to be. We provide recommended character limits based on what we believe still looks visually appealing and remains easy to read. Upon request, we can engrave more text, but the font may become very small and eventually difficult to read. For longer texts, we recommend simple fonts and, in some cases, even uppercase letters. In many cases, a short and meaningful message looks much more elegant than a long paragraph that becomes difficult to read.
